Each account is designated for one person only. Sharing login details with 3rd parties will result in termination of the account. One person can have one account only!
The radar.piopawlu.net web service is compatible with Firefox 2/3 and Safari browsers only. Please do not ask why it does not work under IE or Opera, otherwise your account will be closed.
The Google Maps based radar screen does NOT require refreshing the page. You can only refresh the page once per 5 minutes. Users found refreshing the page more often will be banned for 90 days.
Availability of the each SBS-1 receiver is variable and depends on many factors. Please do not report unavailability of the individual receivers as their owners are notified automatically. Reporting inactive receivers and/or asking why they do not work will result in account termination.
Radar.piopawlu.net creators reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice for any reason. Similarly any account can be deleted or banned at any time without prior notice or post explanation.

Wszystkie informacje dostępne w serwisie przeznaczone są tylko dla użytkowników końcowych wyłącznie do użytku prywatnego.
Udostępnianie danych znalezionych w serwisie w jakiejkolwiek formie innej niż zrzut ekranu ( nie w sposób ciągły lub automatyczny )
lub wykorzystywanie w sposób
komercyjny lub niezgodny z prawem, a także korzystanie z serwisu za pomocą oprogramowania innego niż dostarczone przez
twórców serwisu będzie skutkowało natychmiastową i dożywotnią blokadą konta, a w skrajnych przypadkach także całej podsieci IP.
Każde konto może być wykorzystywane tylko przez jedną osobę, którą jest właściciel konta. Każda osoba może mieć tylko jedno konto. Dzielenie się swoim kontem z innymi osobami będzie skutkowało natychmiastową blokadą.
Serwis radar.piopawlu.net jest kompatybilny tylko i wyłącznie z przeglądarkami Firefox 2/3 oraz Safari, dlatego proszę o nie wysyłanie wiadomości z pytaniami dlaczego nie działa w IE, Operze, itp. Otrzymanie takiego pytania będzie się wiązało z blokadą konta lub brakiem możliwości jego uzyskania.
Wizualizacja radarowa z wykorzystaniem Google Maps nie wymaga odświeżania strony, a samo odświeżenie możliwe jest co najwyżej raz na 5 minut. Osoby nieustannie odświeżające strone będą automatycznie blokowane na okres 90 dni.
Dostępność poszczególnych radarów jest zmienna i zależna od wielu czynników. Proszę o nie zgłaszanie niedostępności danego odbiornika ponieważ jego właściciel będzie o tym powiadamiany automatycznie. Zgłaszanie niedziałających odbiorników lub pytanie o przyczyny ich nieaktywności będą wiązały się z blokadą konta.
Właściciele serwisu zastrzegają sobie prawo przerwania lub zaprzestania działalności w dowolnym momencie bez podania przyczyny. To samo tyczy się usuwania i blokowania dowolnych kont.
